Let’s face it, local knowledge is important to be successful in any region of the country, but in places like Las Vegas, it’s absolutely crucial. Patty Linson has been licensed since 1988. Knowledge and experience are definitely the basis for great representation and is the motor that drives objectives and outcomes.

Patty grew up and attended Hyde Park Middle School and Clark High School where she was a Cheerleader and Class President. A trained dancer, and passionate to attend Juilliard, she was sidelined by a hamstring tear and never pursued her dancing. As a result, in 1988, she was encouraged to attend real estate school to change her life. And, it was off to the races.

Still trying to fulfill her creative intuitions, Patty also became a talent agent. She was one of several colleagues who brought Thunder from Down Under to Las Vegas. To enhance her real estate presence and abilities, Patty spent years as a student of leadership, wielding a life coaching certification, BSBA in Public Relations and Marketing/Advertising.

Patty honed her skills to become an expert in the local market conditions of Las Vegas, including property values and various trends and issues. When buyers are relocating to Las Vegas, Patty can provide a tour of Las Vegas, with stories of historical facts and data, to help familiarize you with the region, find the perfect neighborhood, and home, while engaging in a fun history lesson on Las Vegas.

Patty specializes in Luxury Homes, but has great inroads to New Homes, Commercial Leasing, Investments, and High Rises. As a preferred agent for New Home Sales, she has her finger on the pulse of inventory, or who to go to, with each builder providing exactly what the client wants. With systems in place from start to finish, her goal is to teach buyers and sellers of real estate the mechanics of transactions and empowering every client.

Patty takes time to understand her customer's style of communication and how best to communicate with them, her background is very advantageous to her keen ability to communicate. Her marketing and public relations training also comes in handy.

Patty knows the value of listing and selling homes with a masterful crew from a variety of industries. She invests in the best photos, words to capture, invite, and inspire people, motivating agents and the general public to want to see your home, and to buy her listings.

Patty is currently selling to NFL football players, retired and currently playing, insurance company executives, C-Suite executives, trust fund babies, and clients in the entertainment industry.
